Bubble Milk Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Black or green tea bags/leaves (depending on personal preference)

  • Milk (fresh milk or milk substitute)

  • Ice cubes

  • Sugar (to taste)

  • Tapioca pearls (bubble pearls)

Steps:

Brew the Tea:

  • Brew black or green tea using tea bags or leaves based on personal preference. Adjust the strength of the tea and optionally add sugar for sweetness.

Cook the Tapioca Pearls:

  • Bring water to a boil and add tapioca pearls. Once they float to the surface, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 20-30 minutes, following the instructions on the packaging. Afterward, rinse the cooked pearls with cold water.

Mix the Drink:

  • Place ice cubes in a glass, pour in the brewed tea, and optionally add milk. Adjust the amount of milk according to personal taste, and add sugar if desired.

Stir Thoroughly:

  • Use a long spoon or a dedicated stirrer to mix the tea, milk, and ice thoroughly, ensuring an even blend.

Add the Tapioca Pearls:

  • Add the rinsed tapioca pearls to the glass.
