JELLY POWDER

Jelly Powder Wholesale — Grass Jelly, Jelly Base & Egg Pudding for Bubble Tea

Jelly toppings are one of the easiest ways to add texture and visual appeal to a drink menu without adding real prep time. At YIOUYI International, we manufacture jelly powder mixes directly from Taiwan — the home of bubble tea — so cafés, distributors, and beverage brands can offer authentic Asian dessert toppings without sourcing raw ingredients or managing complicated recipes.

This page covers our full jelly powder range: what each one is, how it's used, and which product fits your menu — plus the ratios and prep steps our wholesale customers ask about most.

What Is Jelly Powder?

Jelly powder is a dry, shelf-stable mix that turns into a firm, chewy jelly when dissolved in hot water and chilled. It replaces the need to cook jelly from scratch, giving cafés a consistent texture and flavor every batch. Because it's dry, it ships and stores easily, doesn't need refrigeration until prepared, and lets a single bag produce a large volume of finished topping — which is why most bubble tea shops use powder rather than pre-made jelly cups.

Our Jelly Powder Range

  • Jelly Powder Mix — a neutral-base jelly powder that can be flavored and colored to match your menu. Sets into a clean, firm jelly that holds its shape in cold drinks.

  • Grass Jelly Powder Mix — the classic Taiwanese herbal jelly, made to taste like traditional grass jelly (xian cao). Slightly bitter-sweet, dark in color, and one of the most requested toppings across Asian dessert and bubble tea menus.

  • Egg Pudding Powder Mix — a smooth, custard-style pudding powder used as both a topping and a standalone dessert base. Works in hot and cold preparations, making it more flexible than jelly alone.

How to Prepare Jelly Powder

  1. Dissolve the powder completely in hot water (exact ratio and temperature guide included with every wholesale order).

  2. Pour into a shallow container or bucket while still warm.

  3. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully set — usually 2–3 hours.

  4. Cut into cubes and add directly to drinks, or use as a dessert base.
